Scarce Bulova "Rite-Angle" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in 10K yellow rolled gold plate with rare original box and guarantee certificate, circa 1938.

The "Rite-Angle" has a wedge-shaped case with an inclined dial which allowed for easier reading of the time. It was introduced in 1938 and was priced at $29.75. This example has its very rare original "Rite-Angle" box and guarantee certificate with the serial number of the case recorded.  This is only the second example I've ever offered with its original box. It is in excellent condition with only very faint brassing to the bezel. Caseback is excellent, with a presentation engraving from 1938, and some very light wear along the edges. Case measures 39mm long and 24mm wide. Original black nickel-finish gilt print dial is excellent with some faint marks. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Bulova grade 8AZ manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong. Original box and guarantee certificate are excellent.

Price $500. SOLD
