Very scarce Elgin "Home Run 667" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1930.

The "Home Run 667" has Art Deco abstract geometric engravings on the bezel with black inlay. It was priced at $40.00 in 1930. It is a very scarce model and this is the first I have offered in many years. This example is in crisp, near mint condition with no brassing. Bezel and case engravings are sharp and crisp. Caseback is superb and unengraved, with all of its factory-applied brushed finish, plus some light scratches. Case measures 36mm long and 27mm wide. Original dial is superb and has gold embossed stylized Egyptian Revival numerals. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 428 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.

Price $500. SOLD
