Rare Lord Elgin "Continental" men's Space Age design wristwatch in solid 14K white gold with diamond dial, circa 1960.

This solid gold Lord Elgin has a florentine-finish bezel and dramatic T-shaped lugs. It is a rare model and this is the first I have ever offered. It is in crisp, excellent condition showing almost no wear, just some light scratches on the side of the case. Caseback is superb and unengraved. Case measures 41mm long and 32mm wide. Factory-original black nickel-finish dial is excellent, has solid white gold numerals and markers set with genuine diamonds. Diamond-edge acrylic crystal is excellent. The watch is powered by its correct 23-jewel Elgin grade 775 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
