Hamilton Cushion Form Engraved
Scarce Hamilton “Cushion Form Engraved” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1928.
This is the earliest version of the "Cushion Form Engraved" to feature the stylized thunderbird engravings on the bezel. It has flush case sides in contrast to the flared casebody version introduced around 1929. This example is in excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with a few tiny dings. The case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Older refinished gilt finish dial is excellent, with some light spotting. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
