Very rare Hamilton "Hartman" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in solid 18K yellow gold, circa 1954.

The "Hartman" was one of the few Hamilton models that was catalogued in both 14K and 18K. The 14K version is rare... this 18K version is very rare, and this is only the second example I have ever offered. The 18K version was priced at $200.00 and has a large heavy case with articulated hooded lugs. It is in excellent condition showing only light wear. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 46mm long and 35mm wide. Original two-tone dial is excellent, has solid 18K gold markers and a gold pearled minute track. Has new acrylic crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 18-jewel Hamilton grade 735 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
