Gruen Curvex Heritage
Gruen "Curvex Heritage" men's Mid-Century Modern design wristwatch in 10K yellow gold fill, circa 1952.
The "Heritage" was one of the final Curvex models introduced by Gruen. It has an hour-glass shaped case with stylized hour-glass embossed markers on the dial. This example is in excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 42mm long and 25mm wide. Has new glass crystal. Original white-finish dial is excellent. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Gruen grade 370 Curvex manual movement, just serviced and running strong.
