Elgin Rectangular Enamel
Very scarce Elgin "Rectangular Enamel" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K green gold fill, circa 1928.
This jobber-cased watch has a 10/0-size Elgin movement in a Wadsworth case with spectacular black enamel Art Deco geometric designs on the bezel. It is in excellent condition with just light brassing to the bezel corners and lugs. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 35mm long and 24mm wide. Has new glass crystal. Original dial is excellent. The watch is powered by a 15-jewel Elgin grade 444 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
