Scarce Elgin “Home Run 681” men’s Machine Age design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1931.
The “Home Run 681” was priced to consumers at $37.50 in 1931. This example is in crisp, excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is superb and unengraved. The case measures 35mm long and 28mm wide. Original new old stock dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 428 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
