Uncommon "Bulova Berkshire" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in two-tone 10K yellow and white rolled gold plate, circa 1954

The "Berkshire" has an avant-garde case design with white gold numerals and markers set against the yellow bezel. It was priced at $59.50 in 1954. This example is in crisp, excellent condition with no brassing. The beveled edges of the numerals and markers are still distinct. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 38mm long and 31mm wide. Original black finish dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Bulova grade 10BT manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
