Hamilton Masterpiece 300-A 10K

The model was part of Hamilton's final series of mechanical Masterpiece watches offered in the 1970s. Most of these watches were sold through Hamilton's Awards Division, using case designs previously available through the regular catalog. The "Masterpiece Model 300-A" has a large, round case in solid 10K gold. It is in crisp, excellent condition showing only very slight wear. Caseback is excellent, with a 1975 presentation from Celotex Corporation. The case measures 38mm long and 34mm wide. Factory original silver Soliel dial is superb, has solid gold applied numerals and large arrowhead markers. Acrylic crystal is superb. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 628 automatic wind movement, not serviced by me but running strong.
