Lord Elgin Model 4625
Scarce Lord Elgin "Model 4625" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in 14K yellow gold fill, circa 1952.
The "Model 4625" has large, flexible and angled lugs and was priced at $71.50 in 1952. It is fairly scarce with the black dial. This example is in excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 44m long and 24mm wide. Original black nickel finish dial is excellent, has solid 18K gold applied numerals and markers. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 21-jewel Elgin grade 670 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
