Lord Elgin "Duane" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in 14K yellow gold fill, circa 1954.
The "Duane" has a case with the 12, 3, 6, and 9 hour numerals stamped in the bezel and filled with black highlighting. It was priced at $85.00 in 1954. It is in excellent condition with no brassing. Casesback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 36mm long and 28mm wide. Original dial is excellent, has solid gold applied dots. Has new, correct domed glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 21-jewel Elgin grade 556 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
