Very rare Hamilton “Cushion Form Engraved” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K green gold, circa 1927.

The "Cushion Form Engraved" with the grade 986A movement was introduced in March of 1926, priced at $77.00. It is very rare, with only 387 watches produced in solid green gold with the 986A movement, as Hamilton began using the 987 movement in this case design starting in 1927. This example is in excellent condition with just light overall wear to the bezel engravings. Caseback is excellent and unegraved. The green gold has developed a rich patina from age. Case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Older refinished dial is very good. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 986A manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
