Scarce Hamilton “Cushion” men’s Modern design wristwatch in sterling silver, circa 1925.

The sterling silver “Cushion” is fairly scarce, with just 2,588 produced with the 986A movement from 1923 to 1929. It was priced to consumers at $50.00 in 1925. This example is in excellent condition, with the unpolished case showing only light wear and a few light marks. Caseback is excellent, with a few shallow dents. Case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Dial with unusual black fancy printed figures is very good, with some patina around the edges. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 986A manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.

Price $650. SOLD
