Scarce Elgin “Model 1121” men’s Streamline Moderne design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1933.
The “Model 1121” is a scarce watch, available only in 1933 and 1934. It was priced at $47.50 in 1933. It is in crisp, excellent condition showing no brassing. Caseback is superb and unengraved, with a few tiny dings. The case measures 36mm long and 23mm wide. Refinished two-tone dial is superb, has gold embossed numerals. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Elgin grade 483 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
