Elgin “Air Lord 2875” men’s Streamline Moderne design wristwatch in 10K yellow gold fill, circa 1938.
The “Air Lord” was marketed at aviators and priced at $35.00. This example is in excellent condition with very light brassing to the bezel and lugs. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with some faint scratches. Case measures 33mm long and 27mm wide. Factory original new old stock dial is superb. Has new acrylic crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 532 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
