1934 Hamilton Cushion Form men’s Modern design Civilian Conservation Corps presentation wristwatch in 14K green gold fill, circa 1934.
This "Cushion From" was one of Hamilton's best-selling models in the 1920s and early 1930s. This example was presented to E.R. Shugart, who was the captain of the 155th Company of the Civilian Conservation Corps headquartered in Berlin, New Hampshire. It is in excellent condition with only a few specks of brassing to the bezel and a little to the edges of the lugs. Caseback is excellent. The case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Two-tone enamel inlaid Fluckiger dial is very good, has solid 18K gold applied numerals. Has new glass crystal. Crown is yellow. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
