Hamilton Warwick 14K
Very scarce Hamilton "Warwick" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in solid 14K yellow gold, circa 1954.
The "Warwick" has an avant-garde case with a subtly stepped bezel and lugs. It was priced at $150.00 in 1954 and is quite scarce; this is the only example I have ever offered. It is in excellent condition showing only light wear. Caseback is superb and unengraved. Case measures 40mm long and 28mm wide. Refinished dial is excellent, has a silver Butler finish instead of two-tone finish. Hands show some loss to the gold plating. Has new acrylic crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 18-jewel Hamilton grade 748 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
