Bulova Engineer
Bulova "Engineer" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K rose gold fill, circa 1948.
The "Engineer" has a rectangular case with large, angled lugs and a fantastic two-tone rose dial with gilt inlaid Roman nunerals. It was priced at $57.50 in 1948. This example is in excellent condition with only a few tiny specks of brassing, and one tiny ding near the lower left lug. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with a few specks of wear in the corners. The case measures 37mm long and 22mm wide. Refinished dial is superb. Domed glass crystal is superb. The watch is powered by its correct 21-jewel Bulova grade 8AE manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
