Elgin Rectangular
Elgin "Rectangular" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K green gold fill, circa 1927.
This watch has a simple rectangular, cut-corner case with a fantastic green gilt finish dial and Art Deco style luminous numerals. It is in excellent condition with only a few specks of brassing to the bezel corners. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with one tiny speck of wear. The case measures 37mm long and 27mm wide. Original green gilt finish dial is superb, has new blue luminous. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by a 7-jewel Elgin grade 430 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
